About LLMP

     Ladies in Leadership Mentoring Program is an invitational mentoring alliance of professional women learning, exchanging and advancing at every stage of their lives and careers. The program is open to women in religious, corporate, private and academic organizations. A maximum of 10 women will have the opportunity to participate in the program annually. This one-year program will consist of webinars, leadership style assessments, professional development and executive coaching. The program will conclude with an empowerment luncheon and graduation ceremony.

 Purpose

   The Ladies in Leadership Mentoring Program’s (LLMP) purpose is twofold: 1) to provide young women leaders with the tools and education to meet the challenges that they face in their communities, workplace and personal space, 2) to address the issues specific to women and leadership and develop women individual leadership capacity.

 

 

Individualized Approach

    LLMP is about developing women’s capacities to respond to current life and leadership-related challenges. We help leaders to better understand their values and their personal tendencies when relating to others. All mentees will complete an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessment and the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, and receive personal coaching based on survey results. Through this approach, LLMP helps women leaders to formulate their own visions for change and to implement solutions  appropriately.
